Holistic Nutrition

Holistic nutrition is a philosophy  that seeks, through a functional food plan, balance between mind and body.

 

Did you want to use food in your favor to balance your body and mind?

This is the proposal  of holistic nutrition, a food philosophy that uses food as medicines treating illnesses naturally, keeping the organism healthy and increasing our disposition daily.

 

The word holistic come from the Greek holos, which means “Whole” That is, it use food to benefits to the body and to the mind.

The benefits of this diet plan include detoxification, increasing nutritional absorption, balanced weight loss, and improved quality of life for practitioners.

 

Holistic nutrition is focused on bio-individuality. There is no pre established diet for this food, physical and mental health of people is taken into consideration, and they are reeducate to use food that meets the needs of each person.

 

In holistic nutrition, on thinks of integrating the human being with its environment and thus having some benefits for increasing physical disposition, delaying aging , increasing immunity, detoxification of several organs, especially liver, stomach and intestines, improvement in fluid retention and mood enhancement.

 

Therefore, When one complains of pain, on looks for the organs associated with suffering,which emocional elements are being compromised and one chooses foods that will rebalance health without using medicines as the first  measure.

 

This diet offers benefits that can be used by a baby of six months of age, where no food forbidden.

I included holistic nutrition in my and my children’s life. I learned how foods acts by forming and structuring a child’s body through the maturation of the metabolic, rhythmic, and neuro sensory system.

Throughout my pedagogical practice and as a mother I realized the importance of healthy and quality food in the first years of life. The adult plays a key role in shaping the eating pattern of children who will work on building their bodies for their lifelong health.

Today my adult children reflect on the health damage caused by poor diet by making health choices for mental and physical health.

Lifestyle

Starting a healthy life project is a task that requires desire and discipline. With the help of a health coach everything becomes easier. With small adjustments in routines it is possible to get ride bad habits and achieve positive results.

 

The concept envolves lifestyle is very broad, it is includes several aspects that influence a persons individual health. These aspects are in all areas: physical, mental, social and spiritual.

 

Healthy lifestyle helps keep the body in shape and the mind alert. Healthy habits should be developed from childhood and maintained throughout adulthood.

 

The holistic lifestyle concept is to align the four principles of being: physical level, the level of vital forces (vitality), the mental level and the individual level (ego).

 

This balance is achieved through close coach and client cooperation so that both are focused on improving the costumer’s self healing ability.

 

My work as a coach will help a person identify forces that generate health and acquire certain habits that intensify certain attitudes related to a healthy lifestyle .

Therapy

Coaching individual

This is a customized process focused on your issues. Unlike group process, the need for individual contents is define by the relationship of coach and client. The program can be in: Twelve or twenty-four weekly sessions. Each session has an average duration of 1h30m`schedule in advance. The session can be at a location convenient for you: on-line, office, home,coffee-shop.

 

Coaching Group

In this process we work with small groups. Sessions are two hours once a week for a total of sixteen hours. Each session results unplanned action. Tasks defined during the process. We work interactively to define and achieve  goals, paying attention all areas of life.

In group work an environment of trust and support is created, where each participant is able to work together in a team.

Workshops

"The magic of collaboration”

Workshops are held for clients and guests that will discuss various human development topics interactively. 

Some tools are used, such as storytelling, group dynamics , etc. it is a time of leisure and self-knowledge, creating a network of friends in the magic of cooperation.

Individual Session: The price each sessions is $125,00 with one weekly meeting.

Package of 8 sessions: The value of the 8 sessions package is $1,000.00; payment in cash 10% discount.
